Preface:

The TPK-40S furnace temperature tester is specifically designed for highly constrained sintering furnace chambers. The overall height of the instrument with the insulation box is 20mm, eliminating concerns about the temperature tester being unable to pass through the furnace cavity due to a low furnace opening.

We can also customize insulation boxes based on the temperature and testing duration requirements of the customer's sintering furnace.

Product Description:

1. Capable of measuring the actual welding temperature curves of sintering furnaces, kilns, tunnel furnaces, spray coating lines, and ovens online. Three PC interfaces (English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese) are available and interchangeable.

2. Each channel can record up to 120,000 data points. When paired with a PC system (98X or above), it clearly displays the actual set temperature curve of the welding furnace. Each curve can be set to multiple colors and printed horizontally or vertically via a printer.

3. Automatically displays the maximum temperature per channel, horizontal temperature/time lines, and single-point temperature and time on the computer.

4. Allows setting the size, distance, and running direction of each welding point (component point) on the PCB to be measured. Can download and display PCB color images and positioning points, automatically displaying temperature zones.

5. Through the PC, welding zones, welding time points, heating slope, cooling slope, total time exceeding specified temperature, and slope between any two points can be set.

6. Detailed information can be viewed through the detailed information dialog box, and the printing range can be accessed for deeper operator understanding.

7. Equipped with a built-in rechargeable nickel-cadmium battery, it can operate continuously for up to 24 hours and measure and save 256 sets of data consecutively.

8. Automatically analyzes channel indicators based on customer-provided process parameters and newly downloaded curves, automatically determining OK/NG.

9. Automatically powers off for protection when the internal temperature exceeds 65°C.
